Andrew Morse is an accomplished leader in higher education and economic development, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Interim Vice President for University Relations at Central Washington University. With over 15 years of experience, Andrew has driven initiatives that bridge education with community and economic development, focusing on access, student success, and quality of life.At CWU, Andrew leads state and federal relations, economic initiatives, and strategic communications. He has co-led efforts to modernize admissions and financial aid policies and has secured significant state appropriations for sustainability projects. Prior to CWU, Andrew was Chief of Staff at the University of Northern Iowa, where he spearheaded federal initiatives and secured $26.5 million for advanced manufacturing technologies.Andrew holds a PhD in Higher Education Policy from the University of Tennessee and a BA in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa, where he also served as student body president.
